Boycott Nine West

This post is going to be a little bit of a rant so if you don’t want to hear it I suggest you move on.

It’s story time kids! I’m going to tell you a little story of what happened to me with the company Nine West and explain why I’m never shopping there ever again; also why I think Purolator people are dumb and would really like to know what the hell they’re doing.

As I wrote before, I’m going to a wedding, a wedding in the fall so the original shoes that I had for my dress are summer and my feet will be cold since I live in Canada.  A couple weeks before my best friend, my sister and I went to the mall to see what shoes they had, now our mall isn’t that big and doesn’t have many shoe stores. On Sept 9th, 2014 my sister and I decided to go to Square One in Mississauga. We went into every shoe store that the mall offers and I didn’t really find anything I was looking for until I walked into Nine West. I found the perfect shoe so I asked for a size 9. The lady told me that she only had 8 1/2 and 9 1/2, I tried them on anyways. The 8 1/2 was too tight and the 9 1/2 was too big, I needed the size 9. I asked if she had a size 9 in a different colour just so I could see the fit, of course she brought them out and they fix perfectly. For some reason she checks the system to see if she has the colour I want in mine size, turns out she does. She came out with my size and let me put it on when another sales associate says those shoes are on hold until tonight. Lets just pause for a moment, that means someone had these shoes on hold yesterday, never came to get them and that day her 24 hours was up but at night time. The lady that was helping me was nice and said that I could buy them and get them shipped to my house since I couldn’t buy the last pair they had in stock so that’s what I did. She told me the shoes would be at my house in 2 days max. I was happy.

Today is Sept 16th, 2014 and I still have yet to get my shoes.

I was in my room when I decided to call the store to see what was going on, the phone was ringing then all of the sudden just cuts out. I called back 7 times before I went to my sister to help me. My sister called 3 times and we still had no answer from this store, I was officially angry. My sister decided to call head office and see what the hell was going on since we couldn’t get a hold on them, head office asked for my name, email address and the invoice number which lead to nothing, they had no record of my order. They said they would call us back before 5pm with all the details. After my sister got off the phone with them she decided to try the store one more time (keep in mind we called at lunch time so no one would be in the store except whoever was working) for some reason someone answers. My sister yelled her ass off at them and asked what the hell was going on. She looked up in the system my name and it wasn’t there because the girl on the receipt spelt my name wrong. She fixed that in the system even though I will not be going back there. She found my order and said that they have already shipped it to my house but no one was there to come get it. Now I live in a building, you have to buzz up to get a hold of that person just like in every other building, if I don’t answer the buzz it acts like a miss call on my phone and gets logged. I had no missed calls on my phone! My sister said that was bullshit because someone was home and the phone didn’t ring at all. In the end we got the shoes reshipped to my house so I’m expecting them tomorrow. Hopefully.

Purolator. I really want to know what the hell is going on with there heads. Because no one buzzed up to my house this makes me assume this guy drove all the way to Brampton to stand in my lobby, see no one there and then walk back to his car. There was no sticky saying they were here and I missed it, no miss calls, nothing! Does that no make you think he drove here to stand there? I mean really what the fuck? Now because they did that I made a sign with their logo on it saying…

Tomorrow morning my mum is posting that note in the lobby so when they come they no to call me. If they don’t call I will be disappointed in humans. This is an easy task people!

If I do get the shoes I will be happy but I’m still never buying shoes from the company ever again, it was the most stressful thing ever and I’ve never had a problem with any other shoe company. I get shoes shipped from Aldo and Spring all the time, they come the next day no problem.

      Well at first the store didn’t give me a tracking number and second you guys don’t know how to buzz up, that’s the problem now. I already figured out what’s going on with my package and arrange for redelivery, hopefully they actually buzz up with the note I put down there.
